Advanced Business IT Support includes the following services
- General phone support.
- Two monthly remote system clean-ups for each computer on contract
using GoToAssist Express. Clean-ups includes the following items.
- Checking Logs: system, Security/Virus & Back-ups.
- System updates: Microsoft, Virus definitions, Java, miscellaneous programs & user designated programs.
- System cleanup: clean-up registry, check startup programs, Hard Drive Defragmentation.
- Monthly report including cleanup activity, log of remote sessions and recommendations for problems noted.
- Two hours of remote support for each computer on contract using GoToAssist Express.
- Bi-Annual site visit to blow out computers and perform visual inspections of all hardware.
- Additional Remote Support sessions billed at $15.00/hour.
- Additional Onsite or Shop Service billed at $30.00/hour.
Advanced Business IT Support Payment Options (per computer)
- $45.00/Month when invoiced monthly payment due on 1st.
- $45.00/Month with automatic monthly payments through PayPal
- $42.50/Month with automatic monthly payments through Bank
Advanced Business IT Support Requirements
- Remote GoToAssist Express requires high speed internet access
- Installation of GoToAssist Express Unattended software
